At Harvest Moon Boutique, our main goal is to make our customers super HAPPY!! So, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better!
When you receive your order, please make sure it is the item you ordered. Check the item for any manufacturer defects. If you receive the wrong item or have a defective item, please let us know within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of your order. We can be contacted via email @ email@example.com . Defective items may be exchanged for a full refund in either store credit or refunded back in the form of payment presented. In either of these instances, we will send out a return package and label. Please be prompt to return the items unless other arrangements are made.
Unless it was a defective item or wrong item sent--- Shipping is non- refundable, and we will not reimburse or pay for return shipping.
For in store purchase returns, item must be returned in store within 14 days of purchase.
For ALL ORDERS choosing in-store pick-up… payment date is purchase date! Pick-up date is not purchase date. This means your 14 days starts at purchase, not pick-up.
For online returns, a return claim must be submitted via email. Item must be returned within 7 days of us verifying claim notification (via email or online form).
All accessories, masks and discounted items are Final Sale. Swimwear is Final Sale.
All items, no matter the return reason must be un-worn, un-washed, free of stains and smoke/ smell free with all tags attached. Receipt or packing slip must be included.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process a return.

We will be happy to exchange your item in store.
For online/ shipped orders, we will try our hardest to exchange your item for a different size or similar item. If that does not work out, we can always issue a credit.
Remember all items must have original tags attached, stain-free, smoke-free with no signs of wear i.e. make-up stain, deodorant stain, perfume, etc.
Same item, different size exchanges will be processed based on item availability.
Online/ Shipped orders are subject to the same refund/ exchange policies.
